'Delivering net zero carbon buildings for all' - BUILD UPON European Leaders’ Summit
The recent UN Climate Action Summit made it clear - net zero carbon emissions by 2050 is the only goal that counts. For Europe, delivering a new Green Deal for its citizens will mean cities and companies putting net zero carbon buildings and massive building renovation programmes at the heart of their climate action plans. In response the partners of the BUILD UPON2 project - the European Green Building Council network, Buildings Performance Institute Europe and Climate Alliance - are convening 150 senior private and public sector leaders from across Europe at an inspiring and practical summit on 3-4 December. We want to demonstrate that Europe has the will and solutions to lead the world towards delivering net zero carbon buildings and a better quality of life for all.
