1. Commit

Commit to only owning and occupying assets that are net zero carbon in operation by 2030.

2. Disclose

Measure and disclose asset level energy consumption and emissions data, report to CDP using GHG Protocol standard and on SBTs progress in annual report. Inform any potential tenants of asset level energy consumption and scope 1 & 2 emissions.

3. Act

Assess feasibility and implement energy efficiency measures across portfolio. Implement onsite renewable generation at owned assets. Procure offsite renewable contracts where possible or purchase Energy Attribute Certificates (EACs).

4. Verify

All assets and portfolio will be certified as net zero carbon through a local third party scheme. Verify associated emissions via a third party using the GHG Protocol.

5. Advocate

Advocate for industry transformation including through client work, industry groups and thought leadership. Engage with landlords to promote net zero building feasibility studies and action plans using our building sustainability experts to do so.
