Measure Scope 1 and 2 consumption and emissions, disclose results in annual reporting via Global Reporting Initiative (GRI).

New real estate acquisitions will be in a near zero energy building with 100% renewable energy procured. Any unavoidable emissions will be offset.

Energy consumption performance and emission reductions will be verified via third party carbon accounting.
5. Advocate
Through core service offerings, work with customer real estate portfolios towards decarbonisation by enhancing energy performance with the design, implementation and financing of energy-efficient building solutions and local renewable energy production.
