Harris is the Net Zero Carbon Buildings (NZCB) Commitment Programme Officer for WorldGBC’s Advancing Net Zero (ANZ) programme.
In this role, he supports the promotion, recruitment and implementation of industry initiatives to drive the uptake of net zero carbon buildings and signatories to the Commitment.
Harris worked at Hong Kong Green Building Council for over 7 years, where he took care of the operations and publicity initiatives of BEAM Plus – the local green building rating scheme, as well as supporting green building practitioners to maintain their qualifications through Continual Professional Development.
Prior to joining WorldGBC, Harris worked at a private equity firm focusing on property investment in Pan Asia and provided support to developing the firm’s ESG strategy and initiatives.
Harris holds a Master degree in Hospitality from Glion Institute of Higher Education, Switzerland, and a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is also an accredited LEED AP (O+M) and PMP (Project Management Professional).
