1. Commit

Commit to having all existing and new assets under our its direct property portfolio certified as carbon neutral (base building via NABERS pathway), maximising embodied carbon reductions and compensating for any residual upfront embodied carbon where appropriate, by 2030

2. Disclose

Measure and publicly disclose energy consumption and details of whole life emissions and offsets purchased using the Public Disclosure Statement on the Climate Active website. Identify performance gaps and opportunities to reduce carbon emissions while improving energy productivity.

3. Act

Minimise energy use and carbon emissions and support renewable energy. Continue to purchase 100% GreenPower for base building electricity needs.

4. Verify

Verify energy consumption and whole life carbon emissions (embodied carbon where appropriate) across the Active Super direct property portfolio. All existing Active Super NABERS Rated properties have achieved carbon neutral certification (base building) under the Climate Active Carbon Neutral Standard for Buildings (Except Allambie Grove)

5. Advocate

Active Super Property is committed to management practices within its property portfolio that aim to minimise environmental impact.
