As the Strategic Partnership Lead, Joy is responsible for supporting the development of global partnership value propositions, inspiring collaborative efforts that maximise impact and create meaningful change. In Asia pacific region, Joy champions sustainability initiatives in the region through collaboration with partners and Green Building Councils. She also transforms broad sustainability goals into relevant regional projects.
Her background as a principal engineer and project leader has been pivotal in developing innovative projects, including net zero energy buildings and eco-cities. Joy skillfully blends positive psychology with sustainability leadership in her role.
