1. Commit
Commit to design, own and operate new and existing commercial developments at net zero carbon by 2030, with residential developments Net Zero ready.
2. Disclose
Disclose projected and operational energy demand, and scope 1 and 2 carbon emissions for all designed, occupied and operated assets via annual report.
3. Act
Develop and implement energy demand and carbon emissions reduction strategies, and renewable energy procurement at asset and portfolio level. Ensure residential developments are net zero carbon ready with a transition plan for future grid decarbonisation.
4. Verify
Continue to verify emission reductions on all own buildings and development projects through the use of rating tools such as LEED and BERDE, including achieving EDGE Zero Carbon certification on its flagship office building.
5. Advocate
Advocate on the education of students, young professionals, supply chain, consumers and the general public on green buildings and net zero carbon operations. Set a zero carbon transition plan for all new residential developments to be net zero by 2030.
