Measure and disclose energy use and emissions reduction progress towards net zero annually via publicly available EPRA-aligned Sustainability Report.

Outline a decarbonisation plan for all energy procured as well as energy efficiency measures. Invest in renewable and low carbon energy systems throughout asset portfolio.
4. Verify
Verify carbon emissions via third party verification to ISO-14064-3.
5. Advocate
Advocate for industry transformation and decarbonisation of the PRS market. Demonstrate leadership through best practice in alignment with net zero, investigate whole portfolio transformation to net zero and work with tenants to decarbonise and reduce their energy usage (including areas not within direct control).
