Implement a decarbonisation roadmap that prioritizes reductions through ongoing energy and refrigerant efficiency upgrades across tenancies, working with landlords on renewable energy procurements and electrification strategies. Maximise embodied carbon reductions and compensate for any residual upfront embodied emissions for new developments or major renovations of existing assets under direct control.
Verify annual building energy consumption and whole life carbon emissions data through independent third-party ESG verification process.
Advocate for further industry transformation by influencing the company handprint through research on Whole Life Carbon of MEP systems and net zero carbon beyond buildings into infrastructure; and addressing the company footprint through negotiations with landlords on retrofits of occupied buildings.
