Measure and disclose building scope 1 and 2 operational energy related emissions via an annual audit, within a publicly available annual report or website entry.

Implement a carbon reduction strategy for all occupied assets, prioritising the pursuit of energy efficiency, working towards sourcing 100% certified renewable energy and offsetting the remainder.

Verify energy consumption and carbon emissions data annually via an independant third party using GHG protocol.

Advocate for industry transformation by actively encouraging clients towards net zero carbon projects. Continue undertaking whole life carbon assessments to encourage carbon reductions and supporting the DfP initiative and NABERS UK scheme to specifically drive down in-use energy consumption. Demonstrate leadership by signing up for the WorldGBC Net Zero Carbon Buildings Commitment, the EP100 initiative and intending to set a science-based target.
