Harnessing the momentum of implementation era, this session will explore how the buildings and construction sector can accelerate delivery on the Global Stocktake through the WorldGBC led Plans to Accelerate Solutions (PAS).  

Drawing on the Building Efficiency, Electrification and Renewable Integration (BEERI) and the Decarbonisation and Resilience Roadmaps plans, speakers from Brasil and beyond will examine how energy efficiency, electrification, renewable integration, clean heating and cooling, whole-life carbon reduction and resilience measures can be embedded in national and sectoral roadmaps to drive transformative change, as well as showcasing clear signals of change and solutions implementation.  

The moderated panel will share lessons, opportunities and partnerships that are helping translate commitments into action, and how the Global Climate Action Agenda and Brazil’s leadership can strengthen alignment between roadmap development and implementation pathways, creating a clearer route to decarbonised, resilient and electrified buildings.
