Measure and disclose energy consumption, scope 1, 2 & 3 emissions, carbon and energy intensity and lifecycle performance of developments annually, making data publicly available.
Develop a route map to decarbonise all of our operations, including electrification of sites and transport, energy demand reduction, on and off-site renewable energy. Develop and implement design standards for new property developments with energy intensity targets, operational energy forecasts and net zero operational guidance.
Annual verification by a third party for scope 1, 2 & 3 emissions and at asset level through appropriate building level certifications.
Promote action and adoption of net zero with clients for new and existing buildings, advocating and supporting, through services, options to improve performance and reduce embodied carbon, sharing experiences with others.
