For new developments, assets will be delivered net zero ready, with maximum embodied carbon reductions achieved through carrying out LCA assets & utilsing low carbon materials & construction process.

Verify energy consumption and carbon emissions data, including whole life carbon emissions where appropriate, via an independent third party or asset level certification.

Demonstrate leadership through core business activities and advocate for the wider update of net zero carbon buildings in the industry through engaging clients and supply chain.
