Commit to reduce all operational emissions across portfolio, maximising reduction of embodied carbon in new developments and major renovations by 2030.

Measure and publicly disclose annual energy and carbon emissions data, including whole life carbon, as appropriate

Implement decarbonisation roadmap across existing portfolio that includes energy efficiency measures to reduce consumption, installing onsite renewable energy generation where applicable. For new developments, assets will be delivered net  zero ready, with maximum embodied carbon reductions achieved through carrying out LCA assets & utilsing low carbon materials & construction process.

Verify

Verify energy consumption and carbon emissions data, including whole life carbon emissions where appropriate, via an independent third party or asset level certification.

Advocate

Demonstrate leadership through core business activities and advocate for the wider update of net zero carbon buildings in the industry through engaging clients and supply chain.
