WorldGBC welcomes Swire Properties to its Corporate Advisory Board

Swire Properties joins the World Green Building Council’s (WorldGBC) Corporate Advisory Board for 2021.

The Corporate Advisory Board is a select group of global leaders in sustainability, these companies serve to guide WorldGBC on its strategy and activities to accelerate the sustainable building movement.

Swire Properties is a leading Hong Kong property developer renowned for developing iconic mixed-use developments in prime locations, at major mass transportation intersections. Established in Hong Kong in 1972, the Company has investments in Hong Kong, the Chinese mainland, the United States, Singapore, Indonesia and Vietnam.

Sustainable development (SD) continues to play a key role in the Company’s business philosophy and culture.
