The office is certified LEED Platinum, receiving 102 out of a possible 110 points, the highest LEED CI project to date. The energy efficient design resulted in a 37% overall reduction in annual energy use, compared to a typical office building, and was completed at a remarkably low cost of $25 per square foot. Reducing maintenance requirements was a key part of the design, and resulted in improved reliability and efficient system operation.
