This panel is organised by the COP31 Presidency of Türkiye / the Ministry of Environment, Urbanisation and Climate Change of the Republic of Türkiye. By bringing together the experiences of government representatives, international organisations, research institutions, and global networks across the buildings value chain, the panel will explore how global goals in the buildings sector can be translated into concrete national action, with a particular focus on the policy, financial and technical mechanisms needed to make sustainable buildings mainstream.
