Syria Green Building Council (Syria GBC) is Syria’s national multi-stakeholder platform dedicated to advancing sustainable construction and supporting a climate-resilient and resource-efficient built environment. The Council brings together professionals, academia, public institutions, industry and other stakeholders to promote green building practices, technical education, research, policy development and the local application of international sustainability standards, with particular attention to Syria’s reconstruction and future development.
