Rebecca (Bex) is the Marketing & Communications Head at the World Green Building Council (WorldGBC).
In this role, Bex manages and leads our MarComms department and oversees all internal and external communications. She is responsible for developing and delivering our MarComms strategy in line with strategic organisational objectives, which also includes delivering communications plans for flagship projects and campaigns. Bex ensures all communication functions across the team align with our overall messaging and outreach strategy, as well as driving brand relevance, consistency, and engagement across all workstreams.
Bex has a passion for creating compelling stories focused on the protection of the natural world and climate justice. Her experience spans 9+ years working in communications – from PR, to events management and digital media – working across private, charity and NGO sectors.
In her free time you’ll find Bex hiking with friends, reading fiction, or experimenting with veggie recipes.
