As a mechanical engineer, Engin Isiltan worked as a mechanical site supervisor at ENKA Teknik A.S. and ENKA Bechtel Consortium for several years and managed many complex projects with its team. Currently, he is working as secretary-general and CEO at the Turkish Green Building Council, CEDBIK.
He has performed training classes about the national green building certification system, B.E.S.T Residential, on behalf of Turkish GBC. Currently, he works as a lecturer in an ecological and sustainable design class at Doğuş University. So far, he has carried out many introductory and technical trainings for the public and private sector on energy-efficient sustainable green buildings. He also represents Turkey on the Founding Member of the Council of the World Green Building Council (WGBC) and European Regional Network Steering Committee on behalf of CEDBIK. He works as a Director of the EU H2020 BUILD UPON2 project on behalf of Cedbik.
