Oloo is the Regional Officer at World Green Building Council (WorldGBC).
Oloo works closely with the Africa Regional Network of Green Building Councils (GBCs) to advance three pivotal objectives: fostering partnerships and enhancing capacity within GBCs, amplifying global advocacy efforts including the Africa Manifesto for Sustainable Cities and the Built Environment, and spearheading impactful initiatives through global and regional programs.
She previously served as an Advocacy Officer at the Architectural Association of Kenya, where she supported the design and coordination of local public advocacy campaigns. With a background in sustainability and program management, Oloo’s journey to WorldGBC was fueled by her passion for human rights, especially in climate justice. She believes in making a positive impact wherever she goes.
Outside of work, Oloo finds joy in discovering new books and getting lost in their stories.
