Tobias is the Vice-Chair of WorldGBC’s Corporate Advisory Board.
He is acting as global Sustainability Officer for Siemens Smart Infrastructure Buildings.
Siemens helps the transformation of buildings to reach decarbonization targets, reduce their operating costs, protect the value of real estate assets, fulfill regulatory requirements and deliver an outstanding occupant experience.
Before taking over his actual responsibility, he led Global Sales and developed a Global Solution Portfolio for Siemens to enable energy efficiency and sustainability during the entire lifecycle of buildings.
Prior to this role, he held various operative and strategic positions at OSRAM which brought him from Germany to China, and onwards to Indonesia in General Management positions.
Beside WGBC, Tobias represents Siemens also in the companies’ engagements with WEF, WBCSD and Climate Group.
Tobias Huber was born 1973 in Munich. He studied Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science and is holding an MBA.
