Tobias is acting as Sustainability Officer across the entire Solutions & Services portfolio in Siemens Smart Infrastructure Headquarters.

But he is also innovating as Intrapreneur of a Startup for Siemens, developing a blockchain-based marketplace to tokenize sustainable assets with ESG-impact.

From consulting to services and project implementation:

With regional hubs in the US, Europe, Germany, Middle East and Asia, Siemens manages the performance of +100,000 buildings across the globe.

From vision to demolition:

Before taking over his actual responsibility, he led Global Sales and developed a Global Solution Portfolio for Siemens to enable energy efficiency and sustainability during the entire lifecycle of buildings.

Prior to this role, he held various operative and strategic positions at OSRAM which brought him from Germany to China, and onwards to Indonesia in General Management positions.

Besides working for multinational companies, Tobias represented in various associations, for instance as Chairman of the European ESCO association.

On a regular basis, he is invited as guest lecturer at European universities, sharing his knowledge and experiences with the next generation.

Recently he became Member of the Crypto Sustainability Coalition for the World Economic Forum.

Tobias Huber was born 1973 in Munich. He studied Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science and is holding an MBA.
