1. Commit

Commit to maintain net zero operational emissions (scope 1 & 2) across portfolio (achieved in 2025).

2. Disclose

Annually disclose scope 1 & 2 carbon related emissions.

3. Act

Implement energy efficiency and emissions reductions measures across portfolio, continue to produce and deliver 100% renewable energy across all operations. All remaining residual emissions to be offset accordingly.

4. Verify

Verify through third party certifications including Green Star, NABERS and sustainability assurance.

5. Advocate

Promote commitment to net zero and pathway to achieving emissions reductions through the sector. Work towards an all-scopes Net Zero 2050 target, aiming for approximately a 90% reduction across scope 1, 2 & 3 emissions. Interim target of halving scope 3 intensity by 2030, with scope 3 intensity (kgCO2 -e/m2 ) reduction of 52% from 2021 baseline year of purchased goods and services (category 1) and downstream leased assets (category 13).
