The TOP CLeverR – Training and Outreach Programmes for Circular and Level(s) based Revolution project aims to develop the skills of construction professionals and workers to meet the challenges of the sustainable transformation of the sector, including the implementation of a carbon-based and circular approach throughout the building life cycle, supporting the implementation of the Level(s) system by all entities involved in the construction process. Actions will be taken to increase readiness and encourage young people to pursue careers in the construction sector. Project activities place significant emphasis on promoting the role of women in the construction industry and emphasising gender equality in the labour market.
Additionally, a global platform will be created on the WorldGBC website. This platform will be dedicated to collecting and sharing knowledge and educational materials in the field of sustainable construction, providing access to information and best practices from across Europe and the world, thus promoting international cooperation and knowledge exchange.
