TOP CLeveR (Training and Outreach Programmes for a Circular and Level(s) based Revolution) is a project aimed at equipping construction professionals and workers with the skills needed to address life cycle carbon challenges and the circular approach throughout a building’s life cycle. TOP CLeveR also supports the implementation of the Level(s) Framework by all actors in the value chain. Read more about the project here.

This map visualises the existing training on the themes the project focuses on: Whole Life Carbon; Circular Construction; Resources Efficiency; Level(s); Zero Emissions Building. Depending on the colour of the ball, you can see the courses, the organisations offering them and in which topics. In addition, the map allows you to filter with two buttons at the bottom centre, depending on whether the course is targeted at White or Blue collar, by a public or private organisation”.
