The World Green Building Council’s (WorldGBC) Annual Report 2020/21 outlines the major achievements of the organisation and our global network of Green Building Councils (GBCs).

Our incredible movement of more than 70 GBCs and their 36,000 members allows us to transform the building and construction sector across three strategic areas — climate action, health & wellbeing, and resources & circularity.

Through a systems change approach, our network is leading the industry towards a net zero carbon, healthy, equitable and resilient built environment.

In this year’s report, we reflect on our involvement in the historic Cities, Regions and Built Environment Day at COP26 in Glasgow, along with the progress we have made as a network.
